My dog is a massive fan of Carol (and her team). He waits on the window ledge every day at lunchtime looking for her van coming down the road. What more can I ask for than a happy dog who gets to walk in his favourite places with his gang every day. And seems to not really want to come back inside (she does have the best treats!) I'm always touched by the care Carol and the team take in difficult weather like heat - they are down in the water at the Taro Centre. From a human angle, I couldn't manage my life without Carol being the consistent, reliable person she is.

As a first time puppy owner (had an old rescue dog many years ago) her sessions have given me more confidence, the tools to help me manage any difficult behaviours and build a good relationship with Poppy. I have been using Carol for nearly 5 years now. I first met her when I contacted her for help with my puppy. She did some 1:1 puppy training for me, and I have carried on using her ever since. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and I have to say has been a godsend over the years. She takes my dog for a walk on regular days each week and, without fail, turns up rain or shine. She transports my dog for her walks in her van and is very conscientious about dog safety which is very reassuring. My dog absolutely adores her and cannot wait for her daily walks with Carol. She sits at the door each morning waiting for Carol to come down the drive, and when she does, she almost bursts at the seams with excitement! I trust Carol implicitly, she even sits with my dog when I go on holiday. If you are looking for a dog walker, sitter or trainer then you won't go wrong here but be aware...she is very popular because she is so good!

Excellent service, my first time using Dog Mind, and I’m definitely using them again, my dogs were beautifully looked after for 2 days, they had a lovely time with their lovely dog minder, and I was totally relaxed, knowing they were in such good hands.
Carol has now looked after our dogs while we were away on holiday at least 8 times. It is wonderful to have found someone so reliable we can go away and know that they are very well cared for, so well cared for that they are not very interested in seeing us on our return!
We had a big problem with our female Collie chasing joggers, cyclists, skateboarders so I decided to have a 6 week block of training sessions with Carol. My dog is so much better in as much as I can now distract her when cyclists or joggers go by and she is happy to sit by me. She loves the games and it has helped with the interaction between us both. My dog absolutely adored Carol and we haven't looked back since ... .I would thoroughly recommend Carol - she has a special way with dogs and you won’t regret it.

We being new puppy owners, needed help and instruction, Carol was a big help, I found the training very interesting and stimulating for my Border Terrier. Thank you, Carol, for a fantastic six weeks of training! Our little dog has gained so much for having the sessions and is so much more engaged with us, we have honestly noticed such a big difference! It wasn't just our dog who benefited from the training, we did too! The sessions have given us a fabulous tool-kit of fun activities to do at home but that can be easily taken on walks to make things that are a little bit more interesting for her (and have also hugely helped to make us more interesting than a rabbit hole, badger set or running squirrel....) We chose Dog Mind UK to start training our 8 week old German Shepherd puppy, Max. We all really enjoyed the 6 weeks of games training. Carol was very skilled and patient with us and Max learnt fast. Plus, Carol gave us such useful tools, tips and advice to take those learnings outside, away from our home, and at the end of the 6 weeks Max started to walk without his lead which was so liberating for us, as first time owners. We feel Max has gained lifelong skills and his confidence increased over the course. Thanks Carol for your invaluable help.
